Nadv\u00e1ha a obezita se dnes \u0159ad\u00ed mezi civiliza\u010dn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 si svoji da\u0148 vyb\u00edr\u00e1 na d\u00e9lce v\u011bku. Kila nav\u00edc zat\u011b\u017euj\u00ed nejen pohybov\u00fd apar\u00e1t, ale i cel\u00fd n\u00e1\u0161 organismus. Dokonce tuk neboli sp\u00ed\u0161e l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 produkuj\u00ed tukov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky, jsou tak moc nap\u011bchovan\u00e9, \u017ee tuk si hled\u00e1 nov\u00e9 bydli\u0161t\u011b a to nal\u00e9z\u00e1 v j\u00e1trech, slinivce, ve svalech a tam si zakl\u00e1d\u00e1 sv\u00e9 hn\u00edzde\u010dko, t\u00edm n\u00e1m tam ale zp\u016fsobuje p\u011bknou neplechu.&#13; Je t\u0159eba n\u011bco za\u010d\u00edt d\u011blat&#13; Kdy\u017e si to uv\u011bdom\u00edme, tak mus\u00edme p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm za\u010d\u00edt v na\u0161\u00ed hlav\u011b, zkr\u00e1tka si pospojovat pro a proti a rozhodnout se co s t\u00edm. Ka\u017ed\u00fd tou\u017e\u00ed po zdrav\u00ed, tak\u017ee je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee to ponejprve zkus\u00edme s dietou. T\u011bch je ale takov\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed, \u017ee se v tom \u010dlov\u011bk t\u011b\u017eko vyzn\u00e1. Nakonec kdy\u017e se poda\u0159\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9 kilo shodit dol\u016f, tak b\u011bhem p\u00e1r let je zase zp\u011bt i se sv\u00fdmi kamar\u00e1dy, tak zvan\u00fd jo-jo efekt. Mnohdy to v tomto p\u0159\u00edpadu vzd\u00e1v\u00e1me. Pokud v\u00edme, \u017ee moc chceme zhubnout, ale nev\u00edme jak to ud\u011blat, bude lep\u0161\u00ed se obr\u00e1tit na specialistu. Ten se n\u00e1m bude pln\u011b v\u011bnovat, v\u010detn\u011b nam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch hodnot a doporu\u010den\u00ed, jak efektivn\u011b zhubnout. K redukci v\u00e1hy m\u016f\u017ee pomoci mnoho p\u0159\u00edpravk\u016f, mezi n\u011b se \u0159ad\u00ed  a m\u00e1 svoje v\u00fdsledky, ov\u0161em v\u017edycky bude t\u0159eba, aby nastoupil pevn\u00fd \u0159\u00e1d. Ten je v podob\u011b zm\u011bny j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku. Mnohdy budeme p\u0159ekvapeni, co v\u0161echno jsme b\u011bhem dne sn\u011bdli a p\u0159esto se n\u00e1m v\u00e1ha za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 sni\u017eovat.
